Product description
This new resource, based around the Autograph software, is designed to help teachers and students visualise mathematics through 10 interactive activities. The author claims that a one hour investment of time in the tutorial will allow the novice user to guide their students through the investigations, which include the transformations of functions, vectors in two and three dimensions, coordinate geometry, investigating iteration and linear programming. Using an investigative approach, students can work independently to discover, predict and test using the CD-ROM (which also includes a 30-day trial version of Autograph) and the accompanying worksheets. The instructions are detailed and clear, and include useful hints to prompt and direct when necessary.
